House description
This stone rustico is set amidst the wine yards and olive groves of the property (possibility of buying local wine) on the hills which separate Lucca from Montecatini.
The holiday home was restored by maintaining its original character. The estate extends on 10.000 sqm there is a swimming pool (prefabricated, partly set in earth: 8,40 x 4,90m, deep: 1.20m) in the midst of an olive grove which is set on terraces.
The area around the swimming pool is completely fenced for the safety of your children and is equipped with shower, table, chairs, deck,chairs, sun beds and beach umbrellas. Linen includes towels for the swimming pool.
Next to the house there is an area equipped with a long table and comfortable chairs which is perfect to dine in the open air.
The greenery and the colourful surroundings are inviting to have a stroll where you may discover the lovely landscape and the medieval villages and hamlets of the area, rich of history and traditions. Lovers of culture have the possibility to visit in a day trip the nearby art towns such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Pisa and Lucca.
The owner lives next to the holiday house.
Each room has its own TV-Sat.
Parking within the property.
Every week the owner will prepare a typical Italian dish for his guests.
On request there is an extra bed to book 75 per week and 50 for children till 12 years old.
