House description
Pieve a Presciano is a little village on the gentle hills, 25 kilometres west from Arezzo, with some small shops and a tennis court. The tennis court is at everybody's disposal and is free of charge. Casale Presciano is situated about 400 metre from the village, facing the valley that separates Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to biological cultivation techniques. The property has recently been renovated and converted into five beautiful furnished and well equipped holiday homes. Il Vigneto (IT 52069) is a 4-6 pers. apartment on the ground floor (90 m²) consisting of a private terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool, located above the house, offers a wonderful view of the village and its surrounding hills.
