House description On only 6 km of the well-known hazelnut city Infiesto you find the small village Espinaredo. It is surrounded by a nature area with rivers that is a superb area for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, horse riding and canoe trips. It has a favourable position for day excursions in the surroundings. The coast and the mountain tops of Picos de Europe are easily to visit from this location. This beautiful centenary traditional Asturian house, built of wood and stone descends from the 16th century. At the modernisation the traditional elements have been kept remained but set up with the current requirements of this time. The house is located in the centre of the village in a beautiful valley which is surrounded with forest and nature. From the traditional balcony you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house has two floors and a wide attic room. It has an attractive, rural and complete interior. You can sit outside in front of the house where garden furniture, a beach umbrella and a barbecue are provided for you. One of the bedrooms on the first floor gives acces to the traditional balcony. At colder days you can seat oneself sociably in front of one of the two fireplaces and enjoy a traditional cider beer, glass of wine and cheese from the region.

Ground floor: living room with TV and fireplace, kitchen with dining area, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. First floor: two bedrooms with two single beds (put togehter), bathroom with tub and toilet. Attic room: living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, bathroom wit shower and toilet.
