House description
Pruneda is situated on a central place in Asturias near the rivers Eo and Deva and the beaches La Griega en Rodiles. Its a good position for day-excursions in the surroundings. The well-known hazelnut city Infiesto is situated 6 km. away as Nava with its Sidra museum is only 3 km. away from Pruneda. It is surrounded by a nature area, a superb area for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, horse riding and canoe trips.
This beautiful centenary traditional Asturian house descends from the 18th century. Caseria Maria Sopeña has been renovated and divided in three houses that all have their own entrance, garden and parking place. By the modernisation of the houses the traditional elements have been kept remained but set up with the current requirements of this time. El Malvís has two floors and a well decorated, comfortable interior It has an attractive, rural and complete interior. The garden has privat furniture. The laundry room with iron and iron board is also at disposal for the quests of El Malvís (ES 33301) en La Ceriquina (ES 33303).
