In the exurb Ciudad Quesada, ca. 8 km. from the beach of Guardamar del Segura and ca. 500 m. from the centre with shops and restaurants stands this detached villa (ca. 160 m²) with a private pool on a plot of 900 m². The property is well kept and has a spacious living room (ca. 50 m²). There are two covered terraces (45 m² in total), one of which has a sitting area. The terrace is blessed with a view of the village, a big lake, part of the city of Torrevieja and you can even see the sea (provided the weather permits it). The garden is fully enclosed and offers lots of privacy. It is tiled for the most part and has garden furniture and a barbecue.
