House description
This nice independent villa is situated in one of the quiet villa residences named Lloret Blau. It is located in the green and hilly zone at 5 kilometres from the centre of Lloret the Mar.
The villa is located on 500 square metres own plot is is mostly enclosed with a gate, so save for children. Villa Mas Turon has a very quiet location but the busy centre of Lloret de Mar and the beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Villa Mas Turon is divided in two floors and has a rustic and comfortable interior. It is completed with most modern comfort as washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor the two bedrooms have a shared balcony that will give panoramic views over the surroundings and the coastline.
There is a terrace of 60 square metres under the grape pergola on the south side with seaside for outside diners and a patio of 20 square metres on the Westside of the villa.
By a stone stairs you will reach the private pool in the lower part. The pool is surrounded by a 200 square metres big toiled terrace with sun loungers, a parasol and stone barbecue.
You can park the cars on own property near the villa.
