Only 1 kilometre from the golden sanded beaches of the Costa Dorada is this very luxury and modern villa situated. The centre of Miami Playa is 800 metres away. Miami Playa is a perfect location for those that don't like staying in the overcrowded seaside places, but who like staying in a relaxed area with the beach and beautiful bays nearby. Daytrips to Cambrils, Salou, Tarragona or inland can easily be made. Villa Manuela has been built in 2004 and is situated on a large low surrounded privat area of 520 square metres. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a luxury, comfortable interior with lots of extras. The living room and the bedrooms have air-conditioning. There are two large terraces. One covered and one large sunterrace. The two bedrooms on the first floor have entrance directly to this terrace that overviews the mountains and the sea at 900 m.. The privat swimming pool is surrounded by a large tiled terrace with some shadowy spots from the palm trees. There are reclining chairs and a built in barbecue availible.
Note: Price is for 10 persons. Two extra single beds on request possible ( 80 p.p.p.w.).
